BIM Trichy has an outstanding infrastructure and green campus that includes air-conditioned smart classrooms; library with access to all journals; state of the art gym; sports facility for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis; a number of villas to accommodate students, a mess run by the students where the food is rated to be one of the best. Housed within the BHEL complex, students get access to BHEL hospital and club (with swimming pool).

Various Centres of Excellence like Real Time Contextual Marketing Lab with many proprietary (like Sales Force) and open-source tools; Financial Trading and Research Centre (with Bloomberg terminal and NSE Smart trading simulator); Centre for Operations Excellence and Centre for SDG make BIM a unique B School in the country to integrate new technology applications and SDG/ESG with all courses. 

Specific activities through the BIM Trichy practice schools such as the Personal Growth Lab (PGL), Outbound Leadership Lab (OLL), Social Immersion Program (SIP), Corporate Immersion Program (CIP), Effective Execution through Clubs (EEC), and Personality Enhancement through Sports (PES) help build character and strength to successfully face an adverse and uncertain situation in life, develop team spirits and build a strong personality. Each student also needs to take up at least one of the sports (Tennis, Badminton, Basketball) to attain a certain level of proficiency.
