IBSAT exam syllabus is designed to measure the candidate’s ability in Quantitative techniques; Data Interpretation; Data Adequacy; Vocabulary; Analytical Reasoning and Reading comprehension. The IBSAT 2021 syllabus consists of all important topics as are covered in the other national MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, ATMA.

 

IBSAT 2021 exam likely dates are December 25 & 26, 2021. It will be a computer based test of 2 hours duration. Since IBSAT is an online computer based MBA entrance test like other exams mentioned above, the IBSAT Exam Syllabus 2021 is also divided in 4 key sections of the exam.

IBSAT Syllabus 2021 Section-2: Reading Comprehension: 30 MCQs
IBSAT syllabus for Reading Comprehension has marked it as separate section in IBSAT exam with 30 questions.

  • RC Section in IBSAT is not clubbed to Verbal Ability section. 
  • There are usually 3 RC passages followed by 8 questions each while one RC passage is followed by 6 questions.
  • The RC passages in IBSAT have an average length of 500 to 600 words
  • Most questions are directly related to the RC passages and answers to them can be easily located in the RC passage itself
  • Some of the questions are indirect and you have to check the inference drawn from the passage.

IBSAT Syllabus 2021 Section-3: Quantitative Ability: 30 MCQs
Quantitative Ability section has a mix of all the topics in Mathematics in IBSAT 2021 syllabus. Total questions in this section are 30. All the questions are of Easy to Moderate difficulty level. Following are the major topics on which questions are based in Quant section

Out of 30 questions in this section, 15 are based on Data sufficiency and rest 15 on Data Interpretation. This section has following major topics on which questions are based:
