Karnataka PGCET Registration 2025: Registration Last Date Extended to May 14; Check how to register

Candidates of Karnataka origin have to pay an amount of Rs. 650/- for General and OBC (Rs.500/- for SC / ST Category-1).

Candidates need to keep the following documents ready before filling Karnataka PGCET application form to register smoothly.

• Class 10th mark sheet
• Class 12th mark sheet
• Graduation degree details
• Scanned copy of passport-sized photograph
• Scanned copy of signature
• Scanned copy of left thumb impression
• Government-approved ID proof
• Email ID and Mobile Number (this cannot be changed later)
• Bank details to pay Karnataka PGCET application fee
• Category certificates (if required)
• Choice of exam city (select from the list below)

Karnataka PGCET Registration 2025 can be completed by filling the application form online by following the steps mentioned below.

How to Fill Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2025

Step 1 - Create User Account: Visit the official site of KEA, that is kea.kar.nic.in or follow the URL - https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/. Click the link reading ‘PGCET 2025 online application’. Click the 'New User' tab to create a user account. Enter basic details including mobile number, email ID, name, gender, and other key details to complete the Karnataka PGCET registration. You will receive a system-generated email and SMS containing login credentials, which should be preserved for future reference.

Step 2 - Fill in the Details: Log in using the User ID and Password received after registration. Enter personal, academic, contact, and other details in the PGCET application form. Click on the 'Save and Next' button to proceed.

Step 3 - Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the following documents: recent passport-size colored photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and parent's signature. After uploading, click the 'Save and Next' button. Read through the declaration form carefully and check the box against the ‘I Agree’ button.

Step 4 - Verification and Confirmation: Review all the details entered in the form. If there are any errors, click on the ‘Edit’ button to correct them. Once confirmed, click the 'Submit' button to proceed.

Step 5 - Pay Application Fee: Select the preferred mode of payment and pay the Karnataka PGCET registration fee based on the category selected while filling the form. 

Step 6 – Save Confirmation: After completing fee payment, you will receive a confirmation. Save the same for future reference. 

After completing above steps, your PGCET Registration 2025 is complete.
