IBS MBA Admission 2026: Acceptable Entrance Exams
All the 9 campuses of ICFAI Business Schools will accept IBSAT 2025 score and also other exam given below:

IBSAT 2025: Exam on December 27 & 28, 2025
Gateway to IBS MBA Admission, IBSAT is the MBA entrance exam for admission to IBS Hyderabad and 8 other ICFAI B-schools. IBSAT 2025 exam dates are December 27 & 28, 2025. IBSAT 2025 is a computer based test of two hours duration. 

• IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 is conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed to be University).
• All the nine campuses of ICFAI Business School (IBS) accept IBSAT exam score and national exam scores for MBA admission 2026.
• Last date to apply for IBSAT 2025 is December 24, 2025 

6. IBSAT 2025 Exam Pattern 
The online IBSAT exam consists of all important topics on Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. Interestingly, the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension are two separate sections in IBSAT exam. The number of questions in each section is shared below: 

• IBSAT is of moderate difficulty level exam.  
• IBSAT  is comprehensive multiple choice question (MCQ) examination with a two hours duration

ICFAI Business schools also offers admission opportunity through CAT/NMAT/GMAT scores apart from IBSAT exam score. Acceptable exams for IBS Admission 2026 apart from IBSAT  are as below:

• Scores from 2022 onwards for CAT/ NMAT by GMAC/GMAT/ are accepted for admission
• Candidates with high scores in any of the above exams do not require to appear in IBSAT 2025 and may apply for MBA admission in ICFAI B-schools directly.
• The candidates should apply with their CAT, NMAT by GMAC or GMAT scores by March 2026. They can update scores online. On updating of scores, Selection process call letter will be issued.  

IBS MBA Admission 2026: Selection Process for Applicants 

• Candidates who have qualified are called for the selection process at 9 IBS campuses at IBS Hyderabad, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune in February/March 2026
• The selection process comprises of Group Discussion and Personal Interview
• The final selection is based on past academic record and performance of the candidates in Group Discussion and Personal Interview
• IBSAT 2025 results are announced in January first week and based on their scores in IBSAT, the qualified candidates are called for briefing sessions

IBS MBA Eligibility for Admission 2026
IBS MBA eligibility requirements for admission 2026, prescribed by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education are:

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum eligibility criteria required is the graduation in any discipline with not less than 50 percent marks. The candidates in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply. 

15 years of minimum education till graduation
Candidate must have gone through minimum 15 years of regular education i.e. 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis. 

English Medium Education needed or submit TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores
Candidates applying for IBS admission 2026 should ensure that they have studied with English as medium of instruction. Applicants not meeting the criteria of English as medium of instruction at undergraduate level are supposed to submit the TOEFL/NELT/IELTS score

IBSAT Exam 2025 Update: IBSAT 2025 slot booking opens for remote Proctored Test
IBSAT Exam 2025 will be held on December 27 & 28, 2025. The IBS Admission Office has opened the slot booking window for the IBSAT 2025 examination. Registered candidates can now log in to their profiles to select their preferred test date and time for the exam, scheduled to be held on December 27 and 28, 2025.

Candidates can complete the booking process by visiting their profile page and clicking on the “Schedule IBSAT 2025” tab. As the number of slots is limited for a particular date and time, candidates are advised to book early to secure their preferred slot.
