Entrepreneurship is a visible strand of the network. LBSIM says four of its alumni have appeared on Shark Tank India, and the brochure names Pulkit Ahuja, founder of Proxgy, as one of them. Other founders in the brochure include Vishesh Bajaj of SoulCurry and Kumar Udaar of ODN Digital Services. 

LBSIM notable alumni span founders, bankers, consultants, HR leaders and civil servants. Among LBSIM famous alumni, several lead companies they founded, such as Proxgy and Preferred Square. Other LBSIM famous alumni in public service include IAS officer Munish Sharma and IFS officer Rohit Nema.

LBSIM Delhi Alumni Network and Engagement

The LBSIM Alumni Foundation runs chapter meets, a Grand Alumni Meet, Alumni Connect sessions and the Corporate Excellence Awards. It also publishes the alumni magazine Reflections and a yearbook for each outgoing batch. According to LBSIM, alumni dinners and meets are held ten times a year.

  • Grand Alumni Meet: New Delhi, 8 November 2025.

  • Mentor-Mentee Programme: launched in November 2025 to pair alumni with current students.

Alumni also return to the classroom. In 2025-26, Deepti Mittal (1997-99) took a session on negotiation, Prashant Kaul (2001-03), VP Global Tech Strategy at Bank of America, gave an HR lecture, and Renu Bohra (1997-99), a CHRO, was chief guest at the National HR Conference 2025.

The LBSIM alumni network has more than 7,000 members. The LBSIM alumni meet calendar for 2025-26 covered seven cities. LBSIM alumni mentoring started in November 2025 through the Mentor-Mentee Programme.
