LBSIM Delhi placement 2026 results for the PGDM Batch 2024-26 show a highest CTC of Rs 24.00 LPA and a batch average CTC of Rs 12.32 LPA, as reported by Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), New Delhi. A total of 85 recruiters took part, 27 of them for the first time. Students received 38 pre-placement offers and interviews (PPOs/PPIs). LBSIM notes that placements were still under way when the report was issued, so final figures may change. LBSIM Delhi Placement 2026 Highlights
The LBSIM Delhi batch average CTC for Placement 2026 was Rs 12.32 LPA, and the top 10% of the batch averaged Rs 16.13 LPA.

The Batch 2024-26 was largely made up of freshers. According to the LBSIM brochure, 86% of the batch had up to one year of work experience, 10% had one to two years and 4% had more than two years. By academic background, 62% came from commerce, 34% from engineering and science, and 4% from arts. Against the Batch 2027-29 General-seat tuition fee of Rs 17.25 lakh, the Batch 2024-26 average CTC gives a fee-to-CTC ratio of 1.40.

LBSIM Delhi Programme-wise Placements
The PGDM (General) recorded the highest CTC at LBSIM Delhi in 2026, while the PGDM (Financial Management) had the highest programme average, Rs 12.5 LPA. The spread of programme averages was narrow, from Rs 12.0 LPA to Rs 12.5 LPA.

Banking, insurance and financial services made the largest share of LBSIM Delhi offers in Placement 2026, at 26%, followed by IT and ITES at 22%.

All 388 students of the LBSIM Delhi PGDM Batch 2025-27 were placed for summer internships in 2026, with over 110 companies, including more than 40 new ones. The highest summer stipend was Rs 1,60,000 for two months. Marketing roles took 237 interns and finance roles 118.
