Course Highlights: 

The Two-Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) was launched in 1995 and is the flagship programme of the Institute. PGDM (General) is accorded as MBA equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the programme is accredited by the National Board Accreditation (NBA).

 

PGDM General at LBSIM prepares the students to take up challenging roles in this ever-changing corporate world and society at large with deep ingrained value system. The programme has been developed in a way to ensure the overall development of a human being so that he/she may contribute fully to the society and the nation in terms of economic and social growth.

  • Candidates are short-listed based on CAT 2023 /XAT 2024 /GMAT (01 Jan 2020 - 31 Jan 2024) scores and prior academic performance, work experience and other information disclosed in the application form.
  • Short-listed candidates are communicated by email and message for Extempore, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview in Feb / Mar.
  • Weightage for final selection will be 60% for CAT /XAT /GMAT score and 40% for prior academic performance, Extempore, Group Discussion & Personal Interview and work experience.
  • Programme Commences: June 2024 (Tentative - As per AICTE Academic Calendar)
