MBA for Executives (MBAEx)

The program is a power-packed full-time residential program focusing on developing leadership skills & critical thinking skills. This program has been exclusively designed for working professionals and entrepreneurs who are hungry to learn and desire to transform themselves with the current industry demands. The program enables them to climb up the ladder faster and provides an opportunity to upgrade their knowledge in sync with current trends. The programme curriculum is rigorous academic content and industry connect with opportunities to collaborate and share their knowledge and learning through faculty and peers.

The program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with essential leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills. Participants will delve into self-leadership styles, enhance their ability to navigate complex business situations, and develop a deep understanding of strategic management. Additionally, the program provides a strong foundation in financial principles and prepares students for the future of business by exploring the latest trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Through a combination of workshops, guest lectures, case studies, and real-world projects, students will gain valuable insights from industry experts and have opportunities to apply their knowledge in practical settings.

The admission process is a simple 4-step process that starts with applying for K J Somaiya Institute of Management’s MBA Executive programme.

Step 1: CAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT 
 Apply from CAT 2024/ XAT 2025/ CMAT 2025/ NMAT** / GMAT* 
* Valid scores of GMAT exam taken in the year 1st January 2022 to 30th August 2025. 
** Only the 1st attempt of NMAT will be considered.
 • Minimum 5 years of Work Experience after graduation is mandatory.

Step 2: SOP
 Shortlisting of candidates based on test scores. Shortlisted candidates to fill Candidate Profile Form & Statement of Purpose (SOP).

Step 3: PI Process
 PI will be conducted online via Zoom.
Step 4: Final Admission
 Candidates will be offered provisional admission. Admission is provisional i.e. subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility requirements.
