IIM Bodh Gaya Welcomes Batch 2025-27 with Corporate Leaders Addresses
IIM Bodh Gaya commenced the orientation programme for its Batch 2025-27 on July 5, 2025. Prof. Vinita S. Sahay, Director of IIM Bodh Gaya, welcomed the new batch, and highlighted the institute's commitment to promoting mindfulness and nurturing socially responsible business leaders. Mr. L. Ramkumar, Chairperson of the Board of Governors (BoG), IIM Bodh Gaya, and Mr. Sandip Ghose, BoG Member, addressed the students in the inaugural session.

Policy makers and CXO from many different industries including Banking and Financial Services, Consulting, amongst others addressed the students at the orientation program. Key speakers include: Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra, Chairman of the Audit Committee at RBI Innovation Hub, Mr. Roopank Chaudhary, Partner and Country Head-Talent and Rewards Consulting, AON India, Mr. Ashish Kulkarni, Partner, BCG, and Mr. Venkat Chalasani, CEO, Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). Dr. Varun Kapoor, IPS - Special DGP, Madhya Pradesh; Dr. Suku Sukunesan, Associate Dean, Edith Cowan University, Australia; Mr. Jayant Prakash, Partner- Economic Development Advisory- Government Public Sector, E&Y; and Prof. Vidyanand Jha, Professor at IIM Calcutta, also interacted with the students on the day 1.

IIM Bodh Gaya Batch of 2025–27 comprises of students across three different MBA programs, and students from IPM program. IIM Bodh Gaya’s flagship MBA Batch of 2025-27 consists of 303 Students who were admitted through the admission process 2025. Another 51 students, who came through the IPM (Integrated Programme in Management) stream into the 11th batch of its flagship MBA, have joined the MBA batch, taking the total number of candidates in IIM Bodh Gaya MBA program to 354. The 3rd batches of MBA-DBM (Digital Business Management) and MBA-HHM (Hospital and Healthcare Management) programmes, comprising 94 students each also commenced on July 6, 2025.

IIM Bodh Gaya’s MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management is a two-year, full-time program comprising of 108 credits over six terms. In the first year, students complete core courses, followed by specializations in either Hospital Management or Healthcare Management in the second year. They also choose general electives from key management domains. The program includes a 4-month industry immersion and a community project focused on public health issues and government health schemes.
