The approach of IIM Amritsar to prepare the admission list for its MBA programme is based on following points:

• Applying and Appearing in CAT Exam
• Short listing candidates for Personal Interview (PI)
• The PI process will be conducted by IIM Amritsar as it does not participate in Common Admission Process (CAP) for new IIMs
• Merit List is prepared based on CAT score, PI score and Profile score
