IIM Amritsar Director: Dr. Nagarajan Ramamoorthy holds a PhD in Business and Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. He has extensive academic experience, having taught at IIM Ahmedabad, the University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria), and the University of Applied Sciences (Austria, Latvia). A former Fulbright Scholar, he has received multiple awards, including the Research and Scholarly Excellence Award (2008) and the Best Reviewer Award from the European Academy of Management.

Dr. Ramamoorthy has held key leadership roles, including founding Chair of the Management & Marketing Department at the University of Houston-Victoria. His research is published in top journals like Human Relations and British Journal of Management. He also serves on editorial boards, contributing to global management scholarship.
