Dr. Subhash Sharma has assisted in the development of WISDOM (Women’s Institute for Studies in Development Oriented Management) at Banasthali University; has been the Founder Director of Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore and is also a Founding Member of Indus Business Academy.  

IBA Bangalore Director: IBA Bangalore Director is Dr Subhendu Dey. He is also a Professor at IBA Bangalore. A PhD in Business Administration from AMU, Aligarh, an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, and a Mechanical Engineer from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Dr Dey has been the Dean of one of the top business schools in Kolkata, and the founding Director of a B-school in Chennai. With his 29 years of experience, Dr Subhendu Dey brings in distinct style of teaching and learning, mostly based out his knowledge in the area of intelligent learning platforms and tools that encourage active learning among students.
