MDI Gurgaon is located in one of the most bustling metropolises, Gurugram, a leading corporate hub of India. Its 35 acres of lush green campus provides the Institute’s community a unique experience of creative environment amidst industry action. State-of-the-art classrooms, IT infrastructure, hostels, library and other facilities set amidst sylvan surroundings create a conducive environment for studies. The campus is located 12 km from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.

Students of PGDM, PGDM-HRM and PGDM-IB in MDI Gurgaon stay on campus and are provided with accommodation on twin-sharing basis in different hostels. There are separate hostel blocks for the girl students. The rooms are Wi Fi enabled and have a bed, a study table, a chair, a cupboard and the usual fixtures. For the participants of executive graduate programmes (PGDM-BM) accommodation is provided in the hostel with reception halls, air-conditioned dining halls and air-conditioned semi-furnished rooms.

MDI Library has a rich collection of 55000 printed books and around 2.3 lakh e-books. The library has books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, case studies, training manuals and other study material.

MDI has two computer labs for students, researchers, and faculty for academic activities. All the classrooms are equipped with computer systems connected to the internet and audio-visual Aids. Seven of these classrooms are smart classrooms equipped with digital podium, audio systems and interactive board/laser projectors. The Auditorium of the Institute is state-of-art equipped with video wall, digital podium, video conferencing system and conferencing facility.
