MDI pioneered the full-time Executive Graduate Programme in Management in 1987. MDI PGDM-BM was earlier named as Post Graduate Diploma in Management (National Management Programme) - PGDM (NMP). It is the flagship 18 months full time executive. MDI PGDM BM is effectively MDI 1 Year MBA equivalent program: Working Executives who are considering One Year MBA from IIMs and ISB should consider MDI PGDM BM since the program structure and duration is similar.

Programme Structure/ Term Schedule

• The programme has five terms of course work followed by a dissertation project.
• An academic term is of twelve weeks duration which includes mid-term and end-term examination.
• A participant has to earn a minimum 103.5 credits from 32 courses in which 21 are core courses and 11 are elective courses (3 credits from 29 courses & 1.5 credits from 3 courses) plus 9 credits from dissertation.
• There is a 1.5 credit Experiential Outbound Leadership Training Programme & 1.5 Credit National Immersion Programme.
• A student has to undergo National Immersion module and experiential learning module on leadership competency development. The expenses for National Immersion module shall be borne by the students on actual basis in addition to the fees.
• The students will also undertake industry live projects, 2 practical oriented courses & Dissertation Synopsis submission in the month of July - August 2025.
• The compulsory dissertation / project may be taken up at the workplace and is required to be presented before a panel of experts.

MDI Gurgaon PGDM BM Selection Process & Admission Offer

• Shortlisting of Applicants for the Personal Interview will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their valid GMAT/CAT/XAT scores.
• Shortlisted Applicants will be called for the Personal Interview
• Successful candidates will be made a provisional admission offer
• The selected Applicants will have to pay the first instalment of fee by the given deadline.

The online application form for PGDM-BM Programme of MDI Gurgaon shall be available on the MDI website https://www.mdi.ac.in. with necessary instructions.

• Online registration will be open till Wednesday, March 28, 2025, 17:00 hrs.
• Applicants have to make an online payment of Rs.3000 (Rupees three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
• NRI Applicants for MDI Gurgaon will have to make an online payment of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
