XLRI Jamshedpur will accept XAT, GMAT and GRE score for admission to the Double Masters Programme. 

The Double Masters Programme comprises PGDM (Logistics & Supply Chain Management) from XLRI, Jamshedpur & MS in Supply Chain Analytics from Rutgers Business School, US. The program offers an opportunity to earn two masters degree from XLRI and Rutgers Business School, US. These two highly ranked institutions have centers of excellence in supply chain and operations. XLRI Double Masters LSCM programme core courses in the business management help students appreciate the interdependency of the various functional areas and integrate them while addressing problems in the business context. The specialized courses on supply chain management help students to pursue specific courses dealing with the domain knowledge in the logistics and supply chain areas.
 
At the end of the first year, all students are required to undertake a project in an organization as an integral part of the curriculum in the areas of logistics and supply chain management. Students work on live assignments for various organizations which gives the students an opportunity to sharpen their knowledge and skills, develop better appreciation of the practical problems of business organizations in general and the management. 

Three-day team building component is compulsory for all the students of this program. The objective of the programme is to develop leadership and teamwork through exercises and assignments in the logistics and supply chain management areas.

XLRI's evaluation system is designed to continually assess the students' performance in relation to the required standards of academic achievement. Apart from examinations, a student's performance is assessed based on class participation, preparation of periodic assignments, mid-term tests and surprise quizzes. Minimum performance in the first year is also expected from the students to qualify to apply for the RBS Programme and for the scholarships as stipulated by the RBS, US.

Admission process at XLRI Jamshedpur

• XLRI selection criteria will be based on the test scores of XAT, GMAT and GRE.
• No other test scores are acceptable.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Admission Process at RBS, USA

• Standard Test Results (XAT, GMAT, GRE) or any other that was approved and submitted to XLRI at the time of selection must be uploaded.
• There is no need to retake these tests.
• TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Test Results are not required by RBS
• There is also no requirement for Two letters of recommendation for admission at RBS
• Candidate must upload the Resume. RBS USA requires you to upload an essay of not more than two pages, stating your background, your career objectives upon graduating from the program, and why you are interested in studying supply chain analytics
• Once the application is received, the admission and scholarship letters will be issued

• Once the admission and scholarship offer are accepted by the student, he/she will work with the Admission Office and the Office of International Student and Scholar Services (OISS) office of Rutgers University to start the 1-20 and visa application process.
