Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur is a premier, private management institute in India. One of the oldest management institutes in India, XLRI was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, S.J. in the ‘steel city’ of Jamshedpur. Over the last seven decades, XLRI business college Jamshedpur has grown into a top-ranking business management school of international repute with a wide portfolio of management programs and research publications. XLRI alumni are spread around the globe and have demonstrated responsible business leadership in their organizations. At present XLRI has two campuses. Prof. Dr. Fr. S. George, S.J. is the Director of XLRI Jamshedpur and Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors. A distinguished academic and leadership expert with over 14 years of experience in Organizational Behaviour, he specializes in transformational leadership, organizational behaviour, managerial counselling, and human resource management. He previously served as the Founding Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR and has held several leadership positions at XLRI and XIMB. Fr. George holds a Ph.D. from the University of Madras, an MBA from XLRI, and an MS from Case Western Reserve University, USA. A respected researcher, mentor, and trainer, he has conducted over 50 leadership development workshops and actively contributes to management education through research, curriculum development, and executive education programs.
