The candidates with BE/B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) should have 2 years of relevant work experience as on March 31, 2020. Candidates with other Masters degree/bachelor's degree/professional CA/ICWA do not nee to have work experience.

XLRI admits students through XAT. Once you clear the cut-offs of the exam, there would be a GD-PI process(please note that last year's GDPI process also had a Psychometric test-which is non-evaluative) based on which you will be assessed further.

Q. If I score low in one section but high in other sections, Can I expect to be shortlisted by XLRI?
For getting shortlisted, you are expected to clear both the overall cut-off and the sectional cut-offs. Last year's cut-offs are as below:
