Sachin Kapoor has built an extensive and impactful career, with multiple leadership roles across top global companies. Currently serving at Wells Fargo since August 2023, he leads global transformational initiatives and operational teams across multiple domains, focusing on service delivery, AI and automation, and business intelligence. Before joining TikTok, Balendu had a highly successful career at Facebook, where he spent nearly eight years across various roles. From Marketing Science Partner - Global Digital Native to Head of Marketing Science, India, he consistently drove impactful measurement and data science strategies. Earlier in his career, Balendu held leadership positions at Kantar (formerly IMRB International), where he spent over 13 years driving research and analytics.
