The two-year full-time PGDM is the Institute’s flagship programme that is accorded NBA accreditation and equivalence with Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree of an Indian University. GIM's PGDM blends theory and practice to educate future leaders. The program covers various management domains, with a mix of core and elective courses, a Give Goa project, Summer Internship Project, and opportunities for student exchange and independent study. The program also offers a chance to gain practical experience through global partner institutions.
The PGDM programme develops specific skills by using different learning methods – from problem analyses, case studies in groups, and simulated games to small group seminars and 'laboratory' exercises which are appropriately used. In order to facilitate the learning process, students are also provided ready access to the Institute’s electronic databases, learning material, and internet resources.
GIM Goa conducts two week International Consulting Bootcamp every year in the month of September in collaboration between the University of Antwerp and GIM. Students from the University of Antwerp and GIM work together on live projects in organizations in Goa.
