Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is recognised for addressing the industry need to develop managerial competencies and create a robust leadership pipeline for the organisation. It is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education.
The programme accepts five cohorts every year and has successfully onboarded over 95 batches. It has transformed over 3000+ executives into well-rounded, action-oriented organisational leaders who have impacted positive change within their organisations and beyond.
 

The PGEMP Programme is conducted in four phases spread across 21 months and involves 60 full days of classes at SPJIMR campus in Mumbai. The 60 days on-campus period is divided into eight contact periods with Initial contact period of 3 days for the Pre-foundation phase; 6 contact periods of 9 consecutive days each, over the Foundation, Integration, and Customisation phases. The off-campus period between two consecutive contacts is 10-12 weeks. The last contact period of 3 days for final exams and Capstone Project presentation. Residency on campus during contact period is mandatory.

The programme  is divided into four phases and each phase is equally important. Specializations are offered in General Management & Strategy, Operational Excellence, Innovation and Growth. 

The candidate has to remain employed during the programme as he/she will be required to apply the concepts to his/her own job context. As such, continuous and full-time employment is mandatory throughout the programme. In the event the candidate is in between jobs and not in employment, he/she will have to take a break from the programme till such time he/she resumes full-time employment.

• After submission of Application form, SPJIMR selection process will have following components:
• SPJIMR selection process lays considerable emphasis on the ability of the candidate to put in time and effort for this programme, his/her managerial aptitude as well as maturity, ethics and values.
• SPJIMR also accepts test scores of Executive Assessment (EA), administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). If you have a valid EA score, you can skip the test of reasoning mentioned in the above process. Please submit your score to the admissions team at the time of application
• The selection process takes around half a day and comprises of Test of Reasoning; Group discussion; Personal Interview
• On the basis of above components final merit list will be prepared and admission offer will be released
• Candidates need to accept the admission offer and pay the fees

• Application forms are available online on the admissions portal and should be filled in by the desirous applicant.
• The application fee is Rs. 1200, which is non-refundable Along with the application form, participants need to submit the Sponsorship letter and a NOC from the present employers in the prescribed format given on the last page of the application form. This letter is mandatory even if the applicant is self-funded.
• Submit Complete employment proof – self-attested copies (Relieving letters from previous employers and offer/ promotion letter from present employer)
• Submit Complete educational proof – self-attested copies (Marksheets and passing certificates of X, XII, Graduation, Post Graduation, etc.)
• Post the application submission date, the applicant will be informed through email about the date of the selection process by the PGEMP office.
