The Postgraduate programme in human resource management is full-time residential. It is divided into six terms, spread over two years. The programme’s first year enables students to develop a fundamental understanding of different management areas. The second year comprises elective courses that develop specialist-level knowledge of Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Industrial Relations, spread over three terms. The students must compulsorily complete a summer internship project for eight weeks between the first and second years. Students who want to acquire a deeper understanding of any topic or explore a topic in depth can also pursue a course of independent study under the guidance of a faculty member.
