IIM Ranchi has completed 100% placement 2024 for its MBA, MBA-HR and MBA-BA batch of 313 students. The Average salary for recently launched MBA-BA has gone up at Rs.19.13 LPA followed by MBA at Rs.18.69 and MBA-HRM at Rs.18.37 LPA in Placement 2024. Total 137 companies made placement offers to the students. BFSI, Fintech, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Consulting, FMCG emerged as the most preferred sectors

IIM Ranchi is consistently keeping its students industry ready to get high domestic as well as international placements. This year again, IIM Ranchi has completed 100% placement 2024 with students getting high placement packages from 137 companies. The season also saw lateral offers being extended by recruiters to students with prior work experience. Among the second generation IIMs who have completed final placements 2024, IIM Ranchi is the only one to have registered 9 to 15 percent increase in its average salary for different MBA programmes in placement season 2024. IIM Rohtak has reported 3% increase in its average salary

IIM Ranchi has recently launched MBA Business Analytics, a two year full time MBA programme. The second batch of MBA BA Batch 2022-24 has completed placements with higher salary packages than last year. IIM Ranchi 5 Year IPM Placements
IIM Ranchi launched 5 year Integrated Programme in Management for class 12 pass students from the academic session 2021-22. The first batch of IIM Ranchi IPM will pass out in 2026 and its placement process will be conducted along with MBA placements. The Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Ranchi, is a Dual Degree Programme for Young Students. IPM is a combination of 3 years undergraduate degree + 2 years MBA degree programme. The programme is meant for young students who have passed class 12 and have managerial and leadership aspirations. IPM carries the IIM Ranchi brand ensuring good career growth in management career.
