IPMAT is entrance test for admission to IIM Indore’s 5 Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). IPMAT full form is Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (IPMAT). IPMAT 2025 Exam Date is May 12, 2025. IPMAT 2025 Registration dates are February 14 to March 27, 2025. IPMAT 2025 Exam Pattern has three sections: Quantitative Aptitude (30 MCQ), Quantitative Aptitude (15 Short Answer questions) and Verbal Ability (45 MCQs). Total exam duration in 2 hours.
IIM Indore has announced following eligibility criteria for the IPM program.
1. Age: Candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2005 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 2000).
2. Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
3. Standard X/SSC or Equivalent: Candidate should have passed standard X/ SSC.
IIM Indore has announced following clarifications and note regarding Eligibility Criteria of IPMAT 2025:
1. Candidates appearing in standard XII by July 31, 2025: Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of July 31, 2025, can also apply, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned above. If selected, such candidates will be offered admission to the programme provisionally. At the time of registration for the programme, such candidates must produce standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examination mark sheets along with a school leaving certificate/migration certificate, failing which the candidate’s provisional admission offer will stand cancelled.
2. Percentage of marks obtained by the candidate: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board’s regulation. If the candidates are awarded letter grades or grade points instead of marks, the conversion of grades to the percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the Board/ Competent Authority explaining the conversion method from where they obtained the certificate.
3. Applicants pursuing their XII standard from international schools affiliated to foreign boards: IGCSE Applicants who completed their X and/or XII standard / pursuing their XII standard from international schools affiliated to foreign boards like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) (participants of IBDP and IBCP only) can also apply, and such candidates are required to produce “The IB Indian Percentage Transcript”.
4. IIM Indore reserves the right to decide the eligibility conditions in terms of equivalence, percentage of marks, and the recognition of the qualifying examination, intake, etc.
