BIMTECH Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme, approved by AICTE and MHRD, Govt. of India. BIMTECH Greater Noida PGDM programme is divided into six trimesters. BIMTECH PGDM includes all key areas of specialization, offering a wide selection of electives across various management functions.

BIMTECH PGDM is a two-year, full-time residential programme that is deemed as equivalent to an MBA. This is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). BIMTECH PGDM program is flagship program of BIMTECH and was started in 1994. The rigorous nature of the programme equips the participants with necessary hard and soft skills to excel in the leadership role across industries.

BIMTECH PGDM curriculum includes courses for foundational business concepts and core courses in essential management areas. Experiential learning is a critical component of the BIMTECH PGDM program curriculum, offering hands-on experience through internships and projects. Students undertake a Summer Internship Project (SIP) from May to June as part of BIMTECH Curriculum.

BIMTECH PGDM curriculum ensures professional development through other courses like Non-Teaching Credit Courses (NTCC) and skill-based courses that develop competencies in relevant areas for meeting modern business challenges. These components collectively help students understand current business challenges and equip them with updated technologies and advanced pedagogy to meet global business demands effectively.

In the first two trimesters of BIMTECH curriculum, students receive extensive learning in core courses. From the third to the sixth trimester, students complete a mix of core and elective courses according to their interests. Additionally, a dissertation is a key component of the fifth and sixth trimesters. Over the two-year programme, BIMTECH students engage in over 1,000 hours of contact teaching, accompanied by extra and co-curricular activities, including special guest lectures.

Rich content from Harvard Business Publishing, Capstone and Markstrat are part of BIMTECH curriculum. PGDM also provides opportunity for various industry certifications. 

BIMTECH offers number of scholarships to meritorious students across its PGDM programmes to motivate students of all courses for continuous improvement in their academic performance.
