SPJIMR Mumbai PGDM Admission Process is designed to attract the best talent. SPJIMR selection process assesses not only intellectual readiness in terms of academics but also considers emotional readiness, work experience, extra-curricular activities and aptitude that are aligned with the Institute’s mission. SPJIMR PGDM admission process can be divided into following stages:
Take CAT Exam: The candidates seeking admission to SPJIMR PGDM programme must appear in CAT exam.
Apply to SPJIMR: Then, candidate should apply separately for SPJIMR admission. SP Jain Average Package 2026 is Rs 33.60 lakhs per annum.
Shortlisting Round: SPJIMR follows unique shortlisting process. The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their profiles and they are also expected to meet the qualifying scores in the entrance exam. The profiles are scored and the applicants are sorted into two groups: Profile based and Profile-cum-score based. SPJIMR Mumbai gives higher emphasis on other quality parameters in its admission process than merely on entrance exam scores. The shortlist will be based on Consistency of academic record; Relevance of work experience for the chosen specialization; Versatility and achievements.
Personal Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interviews at different centre in India.
Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of CAT scores, PI, Academic merit, diversity, experience, and other parameters given in the Table below.
