Post Graduate Diploma in Management Dual Country Programme (PGDM-DCP)

The Post Graduate Diploma Program in Management Dual Country Programme (PGDM DCP) at IMT Ghaziabad is a multi country management program. Over the last decade, DCP has emerged as a front runner among similar programs offered in India. PGDM – DCP is intended to address the limitations of the conventional programs, by infusing international elements into the core of the Program. As the name itself signifies, the aspirants of the program spend a year each in two countries, namely India and UAE, with 3 terms each spent at the IMT Campuses in Ghaziabad and Dubai. The focus of the program is to mould the students for international careers, done though a steady mix of customized course content, course delivery by international faculty, short term and long term projects, and a prolonged and sustained exposure to a multi-cultural business environment in Dubai. The customized program design provides the DCP students a holistic international perspective and the specialized skillsets necessary to excel in a global career. 

IMT Ghaziabad students of the PGDM DCP programme earn their credits through compulsory courses, specialization courses and the internship project. The rigorous nature of the program equip the candidates with necessary hard and soft skills to eventually excel in the leadership role. The program offers various streams of  Major and Minor specializations from the various functional areas and the students can opt for their chosen specialization domain.

Both the years of PGDM (DCP) have been conceptualized and executed to add distinct knowledge and skill sets. 

IMT Ghaziabad offers various Scholarships to meritorious, needy and female students of all the PGDM programmes. Some of the scholarships offered at IMT Ghaziabad are:

Smt Leela Nath Memorial scholarship: All female candidates who are admitted to any of the PGDM programs at IMT Ghaziabad will receive a scholarship of 25% on the academic fees component.

TFW waiver scheme: Candidates eligible and shortlisted for the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme will not be required to pay the academic fee component as they will get a 100% academic fee waiver. 
They will, however, have to pay all other components of the fees. In addition to the same, they will be required to pay an amount of INR 19,000/- per month towards charges for academic amenities and other facilities.

TFW scheme for DCP candidates: Candidates eligible and shortlisted for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme will not be required to pay the academic fee component as they will get a 100% waiver from the same. They will, however, pay all other components of fees. Besides, they will be required to pay an amount of Rs 19,000/- per month (in advance) towards charges for amenities and other facilities. /or fee waiver scheme, he/she will have to opt for one of such eligible scholarships/waiver schemes, and such opted scholarship/waiver scheme will only continue to remain during the entire.

IMT Ghaziabad admission process comprises two steps – Shortlisting and final selection round. The admission process will be conducted Offline at specific locations. Step wise IMT Ghaziabad admission process is as below:

• Submit Application. Apply for IMT Ghaziabad PGDM DCP Admission
• Check Shortlist. The applicants are shortlisted based on their profiles, eligibility and entrance exam score.
• Participate in Final Selection Round. Candidates will undergo a Critical Thinking Test and a Personal Interview.
• Final Selection & Admission Offer. For selection, the applicants’ overall profile and strong and consistent performance in 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation is needed. Candidates should clear the cut off and will be awarded weightage on entrance exam score. Relevant work experience will also be given due weightage in final selection. 

The candidate should apply to IMT Ghaziabad by using the common application form for all IMT campuses (IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur, IMT Hyderabad & IMT Dubai). The application processing fee is INR 3500 plus applicable bank charges. You can pay the application fees online through the admission portal using Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card, or UPI.

To complete the application form, candidates need to provide their educational qualifications and contact details. In addition, they must submit at least one of the acceptable Entrance Exam IDs - ID for CAT, or ID for XAT, ID for GMAT. Candidates can submit more than one test ID.
