MAH MBA CET Registration 2027: Expected Registration Dates, Application Fee, Steps and Documents; Download PDF

MAH MBA CET 2027 registration is expected to start in the second week of January 2027, when the State CET Cell issues its registration notice, and to close in the second half of February 2027. MAH MBA/MMS CET 2027 registration is online only, on the CET (Examination) Portal at www.mahacet.org, for one or both attempts.

The MAH MBA CET 2027 registration date is expected in the second week of January 2027, and the MAH MBA CET registration last date 2027 in the second half of February 2027. In 2026, the original last date of February 12 was extended twice, first to February 20 and then, in a "final extension", to February 25. You can complete MAH MBA CET Registration 2027 if you hold, or are in the final year of, a bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline with 50% marks, or 45% if you are a Maharashtra reserved-category, EWS or PwD candidate. Candidates from outside Maharashtra can also register.

• No age limit is mentioned in the 2026 brochure. For CAP later, Maharashtra State candidates need a non-zero CET score, while All India candidates may use CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT or GMAT.

The MAH MBA CET application fee 2027 will be confirmed when MAH MBA CET Registration 2027 opens. In 2026, it was ₹1,500 per attempt for Open category, Outside Maharashtra and J&K migrant candidates, and ₹1,300 per attempt for Maharashtra reserved-category, EWS, PwD, orphan and transgender candidates. Fees payment could be made online only, by card, internet banking, IMPS, UPI, cash cards or wallets; the fee is non-refundable. To apply for MAH MBA CET 2027, create an account on the CET Cell portal, verify your email, authenticate Aadhaar and APAAR ID through DigiLocker, complete your profile, select MBA/MMS CET, fill in the MAH MBA CET application form 2027 and pay the fee. Your MAH MBA CET Registration 2027 is complete when the status shows "ENROLLED".

1. Open the portal: on www.mahacet.org, click "CET (Examination) Portal" for the academic year; new users click "Register".
2. Create an account: enter your email ID, a password of 8 to 16 characters (with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character), your full name as per Aadhaar, mobile number and date of birth.
3. Verify your email: click "Verify Email" in the message sent to you; the link expires within 12 hours.
4. Authenticate Aadhaar and APAAR ID: click "Proceed to DigiLocker", enter your Aadhaar number and the OTP, sign in with your six-digit DigiLocker PIN and allow sharing of both IDs.
5. Complete your profile: personal details, permanent and correspondence address, domicile, PwD details, and SSC and HSC/diploma details; click "Save Changes".
6. Choose the exam: from the dashboard, open "CET Registration" and select MBA/MMS CET; your profile details are filled in automatically.
7. Fill the form: category and qualification details, preferred examination districts, and one or both attempts.
8. Pay the fee online: when the status turns "ENROLLED" in green, your application number is generated. Print or save the application form.

MAH MBA CET registration documents are few, because Aadhaar and APAAR ID come through DigiLocker. Keep your Aadhaar-linked mobile number, DigiLocker PIN, a recent colour photograph, your signature, and your SSC, HSC/diploma and graduation details ready. Category certificates are needed only later, at CAP, so have the rest ready before MAH MBA CET Registration 2027 opens.

In the MAH MBA CET application form 2027, your name, date of birth, email ID and mobile number are expected to be locked once saved, as in 2026, when changes needed a helpdesk ticket. In 2026, a one-time edit window from February 28 to March 2 let registered candidates correct their name, date of birth, photograph, signature and gender, and add the second attempt.

• Name: enter it exactly as on Aadhaar; a mismatch in Aadhaar or APAAR details can delay or reject the application.
• Payment: the application is complete only when the status shows "ENROLLED". Check your MAH MBA CET registration details on the printed form.
• No second chance for late registrants: candidates who registered in the special April 24 window had no edit facility.

During MAH MBA CET Registration 2027, you can choose one or both attempts, paying separate fee for each. In 2026, candidates could choose the second attempt while registering, add it in the February 28 to March 2 edit window, or, if they had missed registration, sign up in a special one-day window on April 24 with a ₹500 late fee. Candidates already registered for both attempts did not need to register again. If you take both attempts, the better of your two percentiles counts for admission.

How many candidates register for MAH MBA CAT exam? According to MBAUniverse.com analysis, MAH MBA CET registrations rose from 1,11,846 in 2019 to 1,81,426 in 2026, an increase of 62%. After MAH MBA CET Registration 2027, the next steps are the edit window, if one opens, the Exam City Intimation Slip, the admit card a few days before the exam, and the exam itself.
