IIM Kozhikode has released CAT 2019 Result at 11 AM on January 4, 2020 for 2,09,926 test takers who appeared in CAT 2019 exam on November 24, 2019. Candidates have to login with their CAT Id on CAT website to download their CAT 2019 score card.
As confirmed by MBAUniverse.com yesterday itself, CAT Result 2019 was to be released on January 4, 2020, much ahead of the officially announced date i.e. second week of January. IIM Kozhikode Director Prof Debashis Chatterjee and Prof Shubhasis Dey, Convener of CAT Exam 2019, deserve credit for conducting CAT 2019 exam successfully, increasing the number of test-takers, and now releasing CAT Result a few days ahead of schedule.

CAT Score Card 2019 is available for download till December 31, 2020. Only those candidates who have appeared in the Common Admission Test (CAT 2019) are entitled to download CAT 2019 score card.

IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta release their shortlists in a day or two from the date of CAT result declaration. IIM Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode, Shillong, IIM Rohtak which is not participating in CAP round this year, are also all set to release their shortlists in next one week. IIM Kashipur, Raipur, Ranchi, Tiruchirappalli, Udaipur will announce their shortlists in next 10-15 days. The seven baby IIMs will announce their shortlists in April/May 2020. Admission process/applications for following non-IIM PGDM B-schools is currently closed:

Based on past year’s Admission trends, SPJIMR and MDI will not reopen their application process. However, IMT, IMI, FORE are expected to reopen their Applications for a few days immediately after CAT results are announced.

CAT 2019 Result: Key Points to Note
- Overall scaled score in CAT 2019 score card is the sum of your sectional scaled scores of all the three sections
- CAT Score Card 2019 does not contain raw scores obtained in CAT 2019 exam – either sectional or overall
- Percentile refers to the percentage of candidates who receive score less than or equal to the score obtained by the candidate
- CAT 2019 score is available for download from official CAT website till December 31, 2020. Besides the CAT score card 2019 is valid also only until 31st December 2020
- CAT score card validity is subject to the candidate meeting the minimum eligibility marks in the qualifying examination.
- Keep a print-out of CAT 2019 score card for your information and for MBA admission process 2020 in the B-schools.
- You will not receive the CAT score card by email or by post.
- IIMs and Non-IIM member institutions will independently decide how to use CAT 2019 scores in line with their own admission and selection process.
